Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.-

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to effectively interact with international candidates and team members.

A passion for recruitment and talent acquisition with a keen interest in global sourcing strategies.

Familiarity with various recruitment platforms, social media channels, and applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
