Join our summer internship program; connect and learn from colleagues across the world while gaining impressive experience and knowledge in the tech industry.The Asset Manager will collect and maintain site and system data related to the services delivered, maintaining multiple data sets in databases and systems established for the managed services.Responsibilities include: Identify, control and account for Service assets and configuration items, ensuring integrity across the service lifecycle Maintain an asset register for all assets relevant to the Services Maintain full records of assets (including ownership) used to support the delivery of Services, make such records available to Customer for review Manage life cycle of all assets from requisition ordering, inventory, installation to disposal Provide reports of asset data for various external Customer systems (e.g., financial system, Customer internal billing system) Update in-scope asset records related to all change activities (e.g., Install/Move/Add/Change activities, Break/Fix activities, company reorganization and Change Management) Assist in conducting comprehensive physical inventory audit and reporting Asset and configuration item (CI) reconciliation and audit reporting between Asset DB and live network Monthly exception and/or custom reports for reconciliation, as applicableSkills and Qualifications Data analytics experience & strong data reporting skills Strong complex-problem solving skills Excellent Level English communication skills (Verbal & Written) Advanced computer hardware and software skills, including Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, database software, presentation and & Internet navigation skills..
